Understanding the update
Carrier events can take time to appear after a label is created.
- Label created
- The carrier has received the shipment information. The first physical scan may follow later.
- In transit
- Your parcel is moving through the carrier network. Scan timing can vary between facilities.
- Out for delivery
- The parcel is with the local delivery route. Check the carrier update for the latest details.
Tracking has not updated?
If the status looks unusual or remains unchanged, send us your order number and the email used at checkout.
Tracking events are supplied by the delivery carrier and may appear after the carrier completes its next parcel scan.
