Connected grow tent ventilation system with carbon filter, inline fan, ducting and clip fan

Airflow and odor control

Grow Tent Ventilation

Compare clip fans and 4-inch or 6-inch inline fan and carbon filter kits for a matched grow tent airflow path.

Choose exhaust, filtration and circulation by their jobs

An inline fan moves air through a ducted exhaust route. A carbon filter treats air passing through that route. A clip fan moves air around plants inside the tent; it does not replace exhaust or carbon filtration.

Check the airflow path before choosing a size

Measure the duct route, count bends, allow an unobstructed intake and decide where exhausted air will go. A filter and ducting add resistance, so a tent-size label alone cannot establish the installed airflow or room noise. Compare the product specifications and then check temperature and humidity in the assembled setup.

If you also need an enclosure, compare grow tent kits and their included equipment before adding separate fans. Choose an exhaust kit for air exchange and a clip fan for circulation according to the equipment you already own.

Before ordering, estimate exhaust demand with the exhaust fan size calculator and plan circulation with the grow tent fan placement guide. Then compare the installed airflow path and canopy clearance with the equipment you already own.
