Return & Refund Policy

At TheOneGrow, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.


30-Day Hassle-Free Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact
  • All included accessories (wires, controllers, hangers, manuals, etc.) must be returned with the product
  • If your order included free gifts, they must be returned together with the main product to qualify for a full refund
  • Grow tents must be returned in their original, unassembled condition

Please note: We do not cover return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@theonegrow.com within 7 days of delivery. We will cover all return shipping costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund at your option.

Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging in your email to help us process your request faster.


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@theonegrow.com to request a return authorization (RA) number
  2. We will send you detailed return instructions and the RA number within 24 business hours
  3. Pack your item securely with all original packaging and accessories
  4. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package
  5. Ship the package to the address provided in our return instructions

Important: Returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted. We are not responsible for items returned to an incorrect address.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original item for a refund, then place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account.
