Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

During high-volume sale periods, shipment may be delayed for a few extra days. We will send an email notice to you if any notable shipping delay occurs.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframe

We only ship to contiguous 48 United States. Shipping is unavailable to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses and all overseas countries & territories.

Important Note: Free shipping benefit only applies to packages under 20 pounds. Any parcel weighing 20lbs or over is excluded from free shipping promotion, fixed oversized shipping fee of $15.90 will be charged regardless of your cart subtotal amount.

Delivery durations are estimated only. Delivery delays may happen due to extreme weather, carrier operational issues or uncontrollable logistics factors.


Order Tracking

Once your item ships out from our warehouse, a shipping confirmation email with valid tracking number will be sent automatically. Tracking information becomes active within 24 business hours after generation.

You may track your parcel anytime via the tracking link inside confirmation email or after logging into your store account.


Damaged & Lost Shipment Policy

We will fully assist customers to submit damage/loss claim to shipping carriers for parcels damaged or missing during transit.

If your package arrives damaged, please email us at support@theonegrow.com within 7 days upon receipt, attaching clear photos of broken goods and original outer packaging.

In case of lost-in-transit items, contact our customer service. We will coordinate with carriers to locate your package; if unable to recover, you can choose either full item replacement or complete order refund.


Sales Tax & Customs Information

Applicable US sales tax will be calculated and charged automatically at checkout based on your shipping address per local tax regulations. All domestic US orders under $800 are exempt from import customs duties.


Incorrect Shipping Address Responsibility

Buyers shall take full responsibility to input accurate shipping address during checkout. We will not bear any cost or loss for misdelivery caused by wrong customer-provided address.

Address revision request is only acceptable before your order is dispatched by emailing support@theonegrow.com. After shipment departs warehouse, we will try our best to reroute package but cannot guarantee success; all extra rerouting or reshipping expenses shall be covered by purchaser.
